Finished the Provo Trail Run 20 miler in 3:25. Including the time I took getting lost and having to back track, it was a personal best.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Run the St. George Marathon with a better time next year--it will be on my 40th birthday!
Long-Term Running Goals:
If I can figure out some of my current aches, pains, and hurdles, I'd like to continue this trend, and continue running a couple of long races/year. I'd also like to get the kids involved in more running, so we can share more of this. I have enjoyed sharing it with my siblings, and want this for my kids too now that they are getting old enough.
